Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing Service Advisor to join our team at Mazda of Greenville. In this customer‑focused position you will be the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
• Document and communicate vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and service history.
• Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Set follow‑up times and monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day.
• Keep customers regularly updated on status.
• Verify that final invoices match the work performed.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.

Required profile

• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant.
• High energy level and strong integrity.
• Commitment to a long‑term career with a growing organization.
