Service Advisor

About the role

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking an outgoing Service Advisor to join its automotive service department. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle maintenance and repair processes while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain accurate vehicle information.
• Document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish follow‑up times and monitor vehicle progress throughout the day.
• Update customers regularly on status.
• Verify final invoices match the work performed.
• Explain completed work and charges clearly to customers.

Required profile

• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• High energy level and strong integrity.
