Service Advisor

About the role

Join Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia as a Service Advisor and become the primary point of contact for our service customers. You will guide clients through the repair process, provide clear communication, and ensure a seamless dealership experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to concerns, document repair needs accurately, and recommend maintenance based on technician findings.
• Provide clear estimates, timelines, and regular updates throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of automotive service advising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Sales‑oriented with confidence in explaining services.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
