Method Co. is looking for an upbeat, polished Server to join the team at Kampers Rooftop Bar in Detroit. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests.
• Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal menu items.
• Keep your section clean, organized, and in line with sanitation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth.
• Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a high‑volume or upscale bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
