Server Assistant – Part-Time

About the role

Join Cutwater Spirits in San Diego as a Server Assistant, delivering a welcoming and memorable experience in the tasting room and kitchen. This part‑time position works three days a week, including nights and weekends, and offers $18.00 per hour plus tips.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, and answer general questions.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Clear dishes and glassware throughout the service.
• Assist servers and floor staff with special requests and expo duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and soda station.
• Restock Ready‑to‑Enjoy refrigerators and communicate inventory needs.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and peak‑period assistance in host, tour, and retail areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food‑handler’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• At least 1 year experience in the food‑service industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 25 lb routinely and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Food safety and proper handling procedures.
