Server Assistant – French Brasserie

About the role

Method Co. is seeking a Server Assistant for Le Supreme, a modern French brasserie located in Detroit’s historic Book Tower. The role supports the dining room team by ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining a polished environment, and delivering attentive hospitality to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food, clear plates, and reset tables quickly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and server alley.
• Refill water, replenish bread and table items, and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist servers with running dishes, ensuring proper presentation.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to keep service flowing.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Represent Le Supreme’s warm, polished service style.

Required profile

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in upscale or high‑volume settings.
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and supporting a refined guest experience.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and weekend brunch availability.
