SEO/AEO/GEO Manager – Lead Organic & AI Visibility

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking SEO/AEO/GEO Manager to own our organic search and AI visibility strategy. You will bridge traditional SEO with the emerging world of AI‑generated answers, shaping how our brand appears in search, featured snippets, and generative engine results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword and AI‑prompt research to capture both human and AI‑assistant queries.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve presence in AI‑generated answers, featured snippets, and generative engine results (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
• Perform regular site audits using Screaming Frog and other tools, identifying technical SEO and AI‑readability improvements such as structured data, heading hierarchy, and clean HTML/Markdown.
• Lead the blog and SEO content program, creating editorial calendars, detailed content briefs, and measuring performance.
• Partner with writers and external agencies to produce high‑quality, AI‑citation‑ready content.
• Identify opportunities for proprietary research assets (surveys, industry studies) that attract organic links and AI citations.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude AI and Gemini daily to streamline workflow, generate briefs, and analyze results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, with a strong interest in AI‑driven search (AEO/GEO).
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and acting as an early mover.
• Ability to translate emerging trends into actionable on‑site and content recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
