SEO Specialist – Remote

About the role

MediaScher is seeking a proactive SEO Specialist to lead end‑to‑end search optimisation for multiple client accounts. The role combines technical website SEO, local Google Business Profile management, and the creation of client‑ready audits and reports, all within a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical health, indexing, page speed, broken links, and Core Web Vitals.
• Perform keyword research and map target keywords to appropriate client pages.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and content.
• Write and edit SEO‑driven content, including 1–2 blog posts per month per client.
• Manage Google Business Profiles: categories, services, posts, photos, review responses, NAP consistency and local visibility tracking.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align SEO tactics with business objectives.
• Produce monthly SEO performance reports covering traffic, rankings and GBP metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience across multiple client accounts.
• Strong written English and copywriting ability for client‑ready content.
• Excellent time‑management, communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑client agency setting.
