SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior SEO Specialist to lead search and content optimization for multiple client accounts in the United States. The role combines traditional SEO with emerging AI‑driven search practices, ensuring brands are visible in both classic search results and AI‑generated answer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end SEO and AEO strategies across technical, on‑page, off‑page, and content channels.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical performance, content structure, keyword targeting, schema, and entity optimization.
• Build AI‑ready content structures (Q&A formats, semantic chunking) to improve citation and answer‑engine visibility.
• Implement and optimize structured data (Schema.org) for enhanced machine readability.
• Optimize website technical performance, including site speed, HTML structure, indexing, image optimization, and crawlability.
• Lead entity‑based optimization to strengthen brand relevance across AI systems.
• Monitor rankings, citations, and share‑of‑answer metrics, iterating strategies based on performance data.
• Present insights and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Train and support team members on evolving SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLMO best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and curiosity about AI’s impact on search.
• Proven ability to translate complex search concepts into actionable strategies.
