SEO Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Growth Specialist to own and accelerate organic traffic for our nationwide industrial warehouse racking business. This remote, full‑time position reports directly to leadership and focuses on measurable growth across B2B, AI‑driven, and local search channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO growth strategy aimed at a 30% YoY increase in U.S. organic sessions.
• Scale local SEO across hundreds of location and service‑area pages.
• Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds, product data, and image performance.
• Improve technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, and structured data implementation.
• Identify and activate high‑potential content to drive qualified B2B traffic.
• Increase visibility on AI‑powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical recommendations and use data from Google Search Console and analytics to guide decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SEO experience, preferably with manufacturers, distributors, or industrial businesses.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth.
• Comfortable owning outcomes and working independently.
• Data‑driven decision maker who communicates proactively.
