SEO Analyst – Remote

About the role

PadSplit is looking for an SEO Analyst to own and scale its organic search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered answer engines. This fully remote position will inherit an active SEO program, execute quickly, and become the internal authority on search and answer‑engine optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and evolve the existing SEO roadmap, including technical recommendations, metadata updates, and content initiatives.
• Improve visibility and citation share on AI‑driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing AI.
• Develop high‑intent content strategies that capture underserved search demand in affordable housing.
• Structure, optimize, and publish proprietary PadSplit data and research to establish authority.
• Monitor crawl health, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Optimize city‑level and market‑specific landing pages and build SEO foundations for new market launches.
• Partner with PR, content, and external partners to grow high‑quality backlinks and brand mentions.
• Own SEO reporting, measuring organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI citation visibility.
