SEO Analyst

About the role

Brady Corporation is seeking a data‑driven SEO Analyst to join its digital marketing team. Working closely with the SEO Manager, you will help increase organic search performance and drive qualified traffic to our global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative strategies to boost organic traffic and search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, maintain target lists, and analyze competition.
• Optimize on‑page SEO, including landing‑page ideation, metadata, redirects, and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, design, and product teams to implement SEO best practices and improve site infrastructure for crawlers.
• Manage backlink coverage, identify new linking opportunities, and resolve unlinked mentions.
• Investigate issues, perform ad‑hoc analyses, and help drive resolutions.
• Stay current with SEO trends, SERP features, and search engine guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in search marketing or SEO.
• Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, and Ahrefs.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to the evolving SERP landscape.
