Senior Web Developer (WordPress & HubSpot CMS)

About the role

CareCloud, a healthcare technology company, is looking for a full-time, hands-on Senior Web Developer to build and ship its own sites. The workload includes a full overhaul of CareCloud.com, a steady stream of campaign landing pages, and the rollout of templatized WordPress sites for pediatric practices in Ohio. The role is an individual contributor who works from design files to production and reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CareCloud.com overhaul: implement the new design, information architecture and templates, migrate content and launch with SEO-safe redirects and minimal downtime.
• Build, test and launch campaign landing pages and microsites on HubSpot CMS and WordPress using reusable modules and templates.
• Design and build a templatized WordPress site system for the Ohio pediatric practices, with a configurable theme and block library.
• Develop web-based presentations and interactive demos for prospects, working with Product Marketing and sales.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible code.
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals), security and uptime, and manage hosting, backups, updates and plugins.
• Implement technical SEO (structured data, metadata, canonicals, crawlability) and track forms and integrations with HubSpot Marketing Automation and Email.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility and healthcare-appropriate privacy practices for forms, cookies and tracking.
• Maintain version control, staging and deployment workflows, document builds, troubleshoot issues and manage vendors.
• Estimate timelines and manage a prioritized backlog of requests from marketing and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience, including substantial WordPress and HubSpot CMS work.
• Portfolio of live, production websites and landing pages.
• Self-directed, able to work independently with heavy, fast-moving workloads and many concurrent requests.
• Strong written English and overlap with US business hours.
• Healthcare website and HIPAA-aware practices preferred; B2B SaaS experience preferred.

Required skills

• WordPress: custom themes, block editor, ACF or similar frameworks, plugin evaluation and configuration.
• HubSpot CMS: themes, custom modules, HubL, templates and forms.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP; responsive, cross-browser development.
• Figma to production code, Git, staging environments and deployment workflows.
• Performance optimization and accessibility experience.
