Senior Vice President of Technology

About the role

Personified is seeking a senior technology leader to run the operational core of its technology organization, overseeing engineering, client support, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Reporting to the CTO, this hands‑on role ensures delivery excellence and maintains the company’s high client‑retention rate.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client support meets response‑time and resolution standards, own escalation paths and staffing models, and manage the Halo ticketing platform.
• Oversee infrastructure, systems engineering, and technical delivery, setting process discipline and documentation standards.
• Own operational security posture across the client base, including monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance readiness.
• Drive automation and repeatable processes in IT operations to reduce manual load and improve consistency.
• Directly manage functional leaders across support, engineering, cybersecurity, and IT operations, establishing performance management and leadership development.
• Coordinate cross‑functional issues to deliver unified responses rather than siloed actions.
• Build and own an operational scorecard with metrics on response times, resolution rates, security incidents, and retention impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technology operations leadership, with at least 4 years in a managed service provider environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple technical functions and managers simultaneously.
• Track record of improving operational consistency without adding bureaucracy.
• Strong communication style that is direct, specific, and well‑documented.

Required skills

• Cybersecurity operations expertise.
• IT automation and process‑automation experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms, specifically Halo.
