Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

The Senior User Experience Designer will support the design vision, strategy, and execution for digital transformation programs serving public‑sector clients. This role leads workstreams across user experience, service design, content, and prototyping, ensuring accessible and user‑centered digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Support design vision, strategy, and execution for public‑sector digital transformation programs.
• Lead workstreams across UX design, service design, content creation, and prototyping.
• Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, and business leaders to define experience strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct and mentor user research, journey mapping, concept development, and experience design.
• Drive creation of accessible, scalable, user‑centered digital products aligned with modernization goals.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• 4+ years experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and design system libraries.
• 1+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams for large‑scale digital transformation programs in government or public‑sector environments.
• Experience designing digital products meeting Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Ability to travel 0‑25% as required.
