Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a highly motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to join its finance team in the United States. The role is essential for managing the company’s financial resources, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks while collaborating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and negotiate relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Execute and monitor investment activities in line with company policies and risk tolerance.
• Support implementation and management of bank accounts, credit facilities, and other financial instruments.
• Maintain documentation for SOX compliance, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with standby letters of credit, export letters of credit, performance bonds, and similar instruments.
• Prepare treasury-related reports, including banking management summaries and investment performance.
• Provide information for external and internal audits and monitor cash management activities for compliance.
• Leverage internal systems to streamline processes and identify best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS); familiarity with Kyriba is a plus.
