Senior Territory Manager

About the role

Incisive is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in Fort Lauderdale to drive new business and expand its footprint in restorative dentistry. This hunter/closer role involves generating your own pipeline, conducting virtual and in‑person meetings, and closing new dental practice accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners such as labs, distributors, and manufacturers.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Dental experience required.
• 2+ years in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
• Self‑starter with high ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel within the territory (approximately 25%).
• Positive mindset; bonus if fluent in Spanish.
