About the role

CodeRabbit, the leading AI‑powered code review platform, is expanding its talent acquisition team. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end‑to‑end technical hiring across engineering, data science, machine learning, product and technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical hiring end‑to‑end and drive full‑cycle recruiting for multiple technical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define the signals of an “excellent” candidate and build sharp, repeatable interview loops.
• Source engineers, data scientists and technical product managers through advanced searches on GitHub, LinkedIn and niche developer communities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to engineering and product leaders, providing market feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Create and refine interview frameworks, assessment methods and hiring rubrics that scale with the organization.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting, preferably in high‑growth startups or developer‑tools companies.
• Proven success landing senior engineers, data scientists, ML practitioners and technical PMs in competitive markets.
• Strong sourcing expertise with GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss engineering work and evaluate candidate quality beyond the resume.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, fast‑moving priorities and a passion for AI‑driven developer tools.
