Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering & AI

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations. As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will partner with engineering and applied‑AI teams to attract top technical talent and help shape the company’s hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, and security roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Develop deep knowledge of Console’s product stack to engage candidates with technical nuance.
• Source, engage, and close candidates, managing the process end‑to‑end.
• Work with the founding recruiter and engineering leaders to refine interview loops and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Console’s fast, thoughtful, and respectful culture.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups or high‑growth tech companies.
• Proven ability to evaluate engineers across backend, infrastructure, and AI/ML disciplines.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially for passive candidates.
• Experience improving interview processes and building recruiting operations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
