Senior Technical Program Manager – Seaglider Program

About the role

REGENT is scaling its breakthrough Seaglider vehicle from prototype to full production. As Senior Technical Program Manager you will own the execution of the Viceroy Seaglider program, driving schedule, budget, risk and cross‑functional alignment to deliver the vehicle on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as PM of record for the Viceroy program, managing the integrated master schedule, budget and risk posture through PDR, CDR and into build and test.
• Develop and maintain a credible baseline schedule with mapped cross‑functional dependencies and an actively managed critical path.
• Run a living risk and issue process that forces early decisions and mitigations.
• Partner with the Chief Engineer to align technical baselines with execution plans and gate readiness.
• Integrate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and certification teams around a single program plan.
• Provide transparent status reporting to leadership, highlighting risks, decisions and resource needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex hardware development programs through design gates (PDR/CDR) or equivalent.
• Strong schedule and baseline management skills with ability to re‑baseline credibly.
• Demonstrated risk‑management expertise that drives early mitigation and decision making.
• Matrix leadership experience influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with regulated development and certification processes (FAA, EASA, USCG, etc.).
• Technical fluency to evaluate engineering estimates across structures, propulsion and systems.
