Senior Technical Marketing Manager – Advanced Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Advanced Packaging to define product value propositions, drive competitive positioning and enable sales for semiconductor packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate clear value propositions for advanced packaging process‑control solutions.
• Create technical marketing assets such as product briefs, whitepapers, competitive analyses, benchmark summaries, presentations and webinars.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation and trend analysis for the advanced packaging ecosystem.
• Track competitive landscape and emerging technologies, providing insights to executives and product teams.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with product marketing, engineering, corporate marketing and operations to shape product strategy and ensure product readiness.

Required profile

• MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging, with direct exposure to BEOL/FEOL processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Packaging ecosystems and customer workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of executive storytelling and data‑driven decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects in a matrix environment.
