Senior Technical Architect – Patient CRM

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join its Patient CRM team. You will design, oversee, and execute technical services for customer implementations, ensuring seamless data connectivity across patient support and engagement ecosystems. This is a remote, full‑time position supporting customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and define integration requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end integration flows between Patient CRM and external entities such as hubs, specialty pharmacies, and data aggregators.
• Develop scalable solutions on the Vault platform, including API configurations, middleware orchestration, and batch data processing.
• Identify and monitor technical interdependencies across workstreams to mitigate risk.
• Support pre‑sales activities with architecture reviews and scope definition.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technical consulting or architecture experience, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Proven expertise in patient support and engagement data challenges.
• Strong ability to influence senior IT leadership and simplify complex data mapping.
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
