Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

We are a leading global commodities firm seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to lead inbound tax strategy, M&A, and compliance for our U.S. operations. The role combines deep technical tax expertise with strategic planning to support cross‑border investments and transactions in a fast‑moving industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare federal 1120F and state tax returns, including extensions and estimated tax payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for tax return filing and quarterly income tax provision calculations.
• Prepare Forms 5472 and ensure accurate reporting of related party transactions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Tax Analyst and Tax Manager on income tax provisions and overall tax compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of international tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 or multinational corporate tax department.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax provisions and cross‑border structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MST, JD, or CPA preferred.
