Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to help build and maintain a robust internal tax function for Mammoth Brands, the parent company of Lume and Mando. You will work closely with finance teams across multiple geographies and coordinate with external tax providers and auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax processes and controls in partnership with the Director of Tax.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Manage indirect tax compliance (sales tax, GST, VAT) across all operating regions.
• File federal and state income tax returns.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and analysis.
• Assist with legal entity set‑up, review, and intercompany agreements.
• Coordinate tax-related audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate tax, preferably within a multi‑national CPG environment.
• Strong understanding of US federal and state tax, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional finance team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
