About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead Navaide’s hiring strategy, workforce planning, and candidate experience across a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment. This hands‑on position blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day recruitment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the full‑cycle Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth, client demand, and long‑term capability needs.
• Partner with executive leaders and external sourcing firms to translate priorities into hiring plans, using data to forecast demand and allocate recruiting capacity.
• Design, optimize, and scale end‑to‑end hiring processes while championing a high‑touch candidate experience.
• Maintain market intelligence on compensation trends, skill requirements, and competitor hiring strategies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in technology, consulting, or government contracting.
• Proven ability to build and execute talent acquisition strategies in rapidly growing organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and executive stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Expertise in modern sourcing, assessment, and Talent Acquisition technologies.
• Experience with data‑driven recruiting metrics and AI‑enabled tools.
