Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high‑impact staffing services for its Investments organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to investment leaders, guiding hiring managers and candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle while strengthening Invesco’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and design multi‑channel recruiting strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of investment talent for immediate and long‑term hiring needs.
• Develop detailed search strategies, role specifications, timelines, and interview frameworks.
• Identify and implement creative, cost‑efficient sourcing methods and leverage market intelligence.
• Collaborate with external search firms for senior‑level and specialized searches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting within the investment or financial services sector.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal clients, candidates, and external partners.
• Creative and strategic mindset with disciplined organizational skills.
