Senior Systems Business Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Senior Systems Business Architect for its EDT Service Delivery SAP department. You will support Stryker's business operations across multiple divisions by maintaining and enhancing SAP ERP solutions, understanding evolving business needs and developing solutions that fit them. You will also manage strategic partners, monitor Run KPIs and guide solutions through design, development, enhancements and deployment. The role is hybrid and can be based in the Kalamazoo, MI or Mahwah, NJ offices.

Key responsibilities

• Design solutions across process, data and technology that meet business requirements, standards and cost/delivery objectives.
• Partner with third-party logistics providers to implement and deploy high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify, manage and resolve system issues, errors and exceptions.
• Monitor solutions during hypercare with stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution and minimize business impact.
• Build partnerships across commercial, distribution, trade compliance, transportation, finance, manufacturing, regulatory and quality functions.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, SOX, validation, change control, PMO and documentation standards.
• Develop operational reports and system documentation to validate system flows, manage exceptions and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Support distribution network transformation and ERP technology consolidation, resolving issues that could affect customers or financial reconciliation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or equivalent field preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of SAP EWM, TM, PP/LE, IM, with at least two end-to-end implementations and multiple support projects, including exposure to upgrades and rollouts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones.

What we offer

• Pay range of $118,000 to $196,700 USD annually (USN) or $141,600 to $236,000 USD annually (US20), depending on location.
