Senior Strategic Finance Manager (Remote)

About the role

Rula is a remote‑first mental health company seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to guide growth. You will partner with Product and Clinical Operations to shape patient‑retention strategy, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive decisions using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scenario‑based top‑line forecasts and unit‑economics models.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional partners.
• Partner with Product, Clinical Operations, and Analytics teams to evaluate strategic trade‑offs and drive operational accountability.
• Analyze key metrics such as LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record of informing growth or go‑to‑market strategies through quantitative analysis.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth or scaling environments, preferably in healthcare services or marketplace businesses.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building granular financial models using SQL, BI platforms, or other analytical tools.
• Strong ability to communicate financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
