Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Impruvonhealth is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own end‑to‑end development of key features across its full‑stack ecosystem. You will work on Ruby on Rails back‑end services, React web interfaces, and Flutter mobile applications, shaping the product experience for care teams nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across Ruby on Rails, React, and Flutter, from concept to production deployment.
• Translate ambiguous user needs into intuitive, technically sound solutions.
• Make architectural decisions, drive autonomy, and resolve production issues.
• Mentor teammates, raise engineering standards, and streamline processes.
• Identify and address technical debt to balance feature velocity with system health.
• Prioritize pragmatic simplicity, building only what is needed to validate assumptions.
