Senior Software Engineer – Full‑Stack & Mobile

About the role

Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain full‑stack applications that serve hotel customers worldwide. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and ship full‑stack features used by hotels globally.
• Write clean, self‑documenting code following best practices and design patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and advise technical leads on decisions.
• Drive operational excellence for services that run at large scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to handle ambiguity and take initiative with minimal direction.
• Strong collaboration skills and a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Solid experience developing backend applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and front‑end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Experience building mobile applications, especially with React Native.
