About the role

Mastercard’s Portfolio Intelligence team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale high‑performance analytics platforms. You will develop real‑time, interactive applications that help thousands of global clients benchmark portfolio performance and generate actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, service‑oriented architectures for analytics‑driven applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern design patterns and principles.
• Lead technical planning, feature scoping, and implementation within an agile, cross‑functional team.
• Develop algorithms and analytical techniques for on‑the‑fly processing of large‑dimensional data.
• Continuously enhance web applications and optimize performance across large‑scale data environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development and delivering production‑grade software.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a background in computer science or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams in the US and India.
• Comfort with agile methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
