Senior Software Development Engineer / Technical Lead with AI Focus

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Software Development Engineer who will also act as a Technical Lead with a strong AI focus. You will guide teams that build new applications and modernize legacy systems, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality, security, and maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction for delivery teams, covering architecture, engineering practices, modernization approach, AI adoption patterns, and quality standards.
• Remain actively involved in design, coding, code review, testing, and troubleshooting while mentoring developers.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools and create fit‑for‑purpose agents and workflows with frameworks such as LangGraph, A2A, or MCP‑enabled tools.
• Guide the modernization of existing applications by analyzing legacy code, defining target architecture, and creating incremental transformation roadmaps.
• Make pragmatic decisions across APIs, data models, cloud services, security, observability, DevSecOps, and user experience.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and client technical teams to translate business needs into executable technical plans.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with proven hands‑on development experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor development teams.
• Strong interest and experience in applying AI‑assisted development techniques responsibly.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage technical risk.
