Senior Site Program Manager

About the role

Moog’s Commercial OE Group is seeking a Senior Site Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex production and program activities for Commercial OE products at its Torrance, CA site. Reporting to the Program Director, you will work closely with planning, operations, supply chain, engineering and site leadership to meet program expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage all program activities supporting Commercial OE products.
• Drive production readiness and clear‑to‑build activities by aligning material, labor, test stand capacity and manufacturing resources with delivery schedules.
• Oversee coordination of approximately 50 product models, proactively identifying and resolving execution risks.
• Develop detailed program plans, monitor cost, schedule, and production readiness, and provide visibility of risks and issues.
• Partner with site leadership to improve manufacturing responsiveness and overall operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Proven leadership, influencing and collaboration skills across functional organizations.
• Experience managing schedules, cost, risk and execution performance in a manufacturing setting.
• Access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
