Senior ServiceNow Developer / ITSM Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer and ITSM Solutions Consultant to act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams in Washington, D.C. This hybrid position combines deep ServiceNow development expertise with business analysis, process optimization, and AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Evaluate and redesign existing processes, creating scalable Enterprise Service Management workflows.
• Configure, customize, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform following architectural best practices.
• Lead adoption of ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Automation, and NowAssist AI capabilities.
• Translate high‑level business goals into technical designs that are maintainable and low‑risk.
• Provide training, documentation, and change‑management support to drive user adoption.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation experience.
• Proven senior or consultative experience delivering ITSM solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS‑ITSM) strongly preferred.
