Senior Service Supervisor – North Austin

About the role

The Senior Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities and common areas of Greystar’s North Austin community meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory oversight of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Perform repairs and mechanical work in accordance with Greystar policies, safety standards and applicable code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creation of punch lists, and coordination of vendors and contractors.
• Schedule and obtain necessary supplies and equipment to support maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose the source of defects or issues.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing supplies for maintenance projects.
