Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead strategic SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced, data‑driven digital marketing environment. You will own end‑to‑end optimization projects, improve organic visibility, and drive qualified traffic that supports measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support SEO strategy execution for 3‑4 client accounts under guidance from SEO Managers.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and mapping to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize on‑page elements, metadata, and site architecture to boost rankings.
• Produce monthly performance reports, turning data into actionable insights and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with content teams and subject‑matter experts to create SEO‑driven blogs, landing pages, and guides.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Present SEO insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and best‑practice development within the SEO team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of SEO experience, including at least 6 months managing client SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of organic search principles, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client‑facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Adaptable to a fast‑changing digital marketing environment.
