About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Trainer to shape the effectiveness and readiness of multiple go‑to‑market teams across the United States. In this fast‑paced, collaborative environment you will design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning experiences that accelerate ramp time and boost sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for sales, business development, and pre‑sales teams.
- Develop structured learning paths, certification programs, and reinforcement frameworks to improve sales effectiveness.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including cohort onboarding and in‑person workshops.
- Create and maintain enablement content such as playbooks, talk tracks, objection‑handling guides, and product training materials.
- Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviors through coaching and continuous learning.
- Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and adoption of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Administer and optimize enablement tools including Gong, Outreach, Mindtickle, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness using metrics such as ramp time and sales productivity.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or high‑growth environment.
- Previous experience in sales or technical sales is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record supporting onboarding and continuous learning programs for GTM teams.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales Managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate training impact and iterate programs based on data.
