Senior Sales Representative – Window Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Sales Representative specializing in window solutions, you will develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals to promote our premium window products and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets within the contractor segment.
• Identify and prospect potential contractor clients, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of window solutions.
• Provide accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing to contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within construction or building materials.
• Strong understanding of window products, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
