About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to deliver top‑quality home improvement solutions directly in customers’ homes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in in‑home sales and can close deals efficiently while providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations, showcase products and services, and build rapport with prospective customers.
• Identify client needs, deliver personalized sales presentations, and address product‑related questions.
• Close sales, complete paperwork and payment details accurately, and follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct, preferably in‑home, sales within the home improvement sector.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to quickly build trust.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
