Senior SailPoint Identity Consultant – Engineering Management

About the role

Deloitte's Cyber Identity & Access Management team is seeking a senior consultant to lead the design, implementation, and operation of SailPoint solutions for complex client environments, with a focus on emerging non‑human identity security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud components, including connectors, workflows, and rules.
• Integrate identity governance with enterprise applications and cloud services, supporting AI agents, service accounts, and other non‑human identities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage project scope, timelines, and quality.
• Lead governance processes such as lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, and monitoring.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture and implementations.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% based on client needs.

Required skills

• SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL for customization and integration.
• Role‑based access control, access request workflows, and certification processes.
• Experience securing non‑human identities such as service accounts, API keys, bots, and AI agents.
