About the role
We are seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to join our team in San Francisco on an onsite basis. The role focuses on designing, developing, and administering SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for complex identity governance challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x/v8.x) platforms.
- Implement Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle management, provisioning, aggregation and reconciliation processes.
- Configure access certifications, access reviews, RBAC and Segregation of Duties policies.
- Create and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and custom connectors.
- Integrate Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and other enterprise directories.
- Develop REST and SOAP APIs for application onboarding into SailPoint.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning of IdentityIQ.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for SailPoint deployments on Azure or AWS.
Required profile
- 15+ years of experience in identity governance and access management (preferred).
- Strong expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ and related IGA concepts.
- Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting.
- Solid understanding of AD/LDAP, Azure AD, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
