Senior RPO Sales Consultant

About the role

This senior role drives growth for Kelly’s U.S. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business by developing new client relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and delivering consultative workforce solutions. The consultant will manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and collaborate closely with client leaders, delivery, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across the U.S. RPO market.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Build trusted, multi‑level client relationships and position Kelly as a long‑term workforce partner.
• Partner with client leads, delivery, and operations teams to design scalable, client‑focused RPO solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including global growth and innovation‑led solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client workforce challenges and hiring goals.
• Develop tailored proposals and executive‑level presentations that articulate value and outcomes.
• Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting with discipline and accuracy.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements aligned with client needs and company policies.
• Represent Kelly at client meetings and industry engagements to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in enterprise or consultative sales.
• Proven success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals within enterprise environments.
• Strong consultative sales expertise with disciplined pipeline and CRM management.
• Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.

Required skills

• Experience selling RPO, talent solutions, or workforce services (strongly preferred).
