Senior Restoration Construction Project Manager

About the role

ServiceMaster Premier Restoration Services seeks an experienced Senior Restoration Construction Project Manager to lead complex residential and commercial reconstruction projects after fire, water, storm, and other property damage across the Hampton Roads region and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, complex restoration projects from planning through completion, file closure, and collection.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and setting expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, estimates, supplements, and change orders to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate in‑house teams, subcontractors, materials, permits, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks to ensure safety and compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Approximately five years of experience managing restoration construction projects or comparable complex construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage large losses, multiple trades, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Experience working with insurance carriers and meeting service‑level requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a background check.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of XactAnalysis, Restore 365, Docusketch, or similar restoration project platforms.
• Minimum Level 1 Xactimate certification.
• Ability to review estimates, project costs, and documentation for accuracy and create supplements using estimating software.
