Senior Recruiter – Remote (U.S.)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle RPO recruiting for its KellyOCG clients across the United States. This remote position focuses on high‑volume hiring, client relationship management, and sourcing passive talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end RPO recruiting processes for multiple client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through face‑to‑face and virtual interactions.
• Source and attract passive candidates using diverse channels.
• Coordinate requirement management with HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.
• Handle a high volume of requisitions efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of high‑volume recruiting experience, preferably in an RPO environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
