About the role
Human Resources Benefits Coordinator position at R+L Carriers, based in Wilmington, OH. Full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM, starting at $21.00 per hour.
Required profile
- Previous knowledge of Leave of Absence laws and/or Health Insurance processes (preferred).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including telephone skills.
- Effective interaction with employees, medical providers, and third‑party claim adjusters.
- Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities for challenging situations.

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn in‑house database software
