Senior Recruiter – AI & Automation Focus

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, systems‑minded Senior Recruiter to shape the future of talent acquisition at Novo. The role blends deep hiring expertise with a passion for AI, automation and process design, allowing you to own hiring outcomes while building scalable recruiting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical, business and leadership positions, driving hiring goals and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing and outreach strategies that improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.
• Design and implement AI‑powered recruiting workflows for sourcing, screening, scheduling and reporting.
• Evaluate, deploy and optimize recruiting tools, automations and AI agents to boost team productivity.
• Build scalable processes that reduce manual work and increase hiring velocity.
• Create structured interview processes, scorecards and hiring frameworks in partnership with hiring managers.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring strategy and workforce planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of in‑house recruiting experience in startups or high‑growth companies.
• Proven success hiring across technical and business functions.
• Experience building recruiting systems, workflows and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
