Senior Quality Insurance Analyst

About the role

McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh Agency, is hiring a Senior Quality Insurance Analyst in Atlanta. You will carry out quality assurance reviews of retail insurance to spot opportunities for improvement and potential compliance issues, then work with stakeholders on implementation plans so the firm's high-quality standards are met.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
• P&C insurance license
• Commercial insurance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
• Responsiveness, urgency and professionalism, with good prioritization

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required. Prior quality assurance auditing experience is a plus but not required.
