Senior QA Engineer – Quality Engineering Lead

About the role

Neuroscale AI is seeking a senior quality leader to own quality assurance, testing strategy, product validation and release readiness for its ARBI and Athena platforms. The role combines deep manual testing, building automated quality systems, and validating AI‑driven workflows in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the existing QA landscape across frontend, backend, APIs, data workflows, integrations and AI pipelines.
• Define and implement a company‑wide QA strategy covering short‑term stabilization, mid‑term automation and long‑term quality engineering maturity.
• Design a scalable test architecture using test‑pyramid principles, shift‑left testing, smoke, regression and exploratory testing, and risk‑based coverage.
• Establish clear QA responsibilities, test plans, release checklists, defect‑triage processes and quality metrics.
• Own product QA for ARBI and Athena, validating implementations against requirements, designs and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites to ensure release confidence.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in quality assurance for SaaS products.
• Hands‑on expertise in designing and executing both manual and automated test strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, product, design and customer‑success teams.
• Ability to audit, define processes and drive continuous improvement in QA practices.
