Senior Project Manager – Transformation (Fintech)

About the role

Aperia Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives for a key payments client. You will drive project planning, execution, and delivery within an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning sessions, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner to maintain a cohesive project roadmap.
• Monitor sprint and release progress against the project plan and adjust as needed.
• Ensure development teams adhere to Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
• Produce project plans, estimates, and deliverables following SDLC methodologies.
• Track and report project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare effort estimates (EOE) and evaluate estimates to complete (ETC).
• Interface with internal analysts, technical staff, and management to resolve resource conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to deliver technical software solutions using Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile SDLC models.
• Strong understanding of project management concepts, deliverables, and documentation.
• Experience creating and maintaining project tracking documentation.
• Excellent conflict‑resolution and measurement‑focused mindset.
