Senior Project Manager – Store Planning & Design

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the design and construction process for new and renovated Kering Beauté boutiques, guiding projects from concept through store opening while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD to develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings for retail build‑outs and boutique renovations.
• Coordinate with landlords, retailers, and architects to review construction drawings and ensure design intent.
• Oversee all phases of architectural and construction projects, from surveys and layout through construction completion, punch‑list, and turnover.
• Lead site visits, conduct feasibility studies, and maintain accurate reports to ensure quality of building and millwork.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, managing design and installation requirements for new look initiatives.
• Manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for design and construction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store planning, design, or construction project management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and meet firm deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a creative and assertive mindset.
